Mouse Complement C1q subcomponent subunit A (C1qa) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of mouse Complement C1q subcomponent subunit A (C1qa), a key initiator of the classical complement pathway and a target of interest in autoimmune, infectious and inflammatory disease research. The assay is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

The kit reports a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 7.10 pg/mL. Precision values are listed as Intra CV 4.8% and Inter CV 7.1%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with reported recovery averages of 85% for serum and 87% for plasma. Specificity is given for natural and recombinant mouse C1qa (UniProt P98086), and the protein is annotated as secreted.
