Mouse Collectin-11 (Colec11) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of Mouse Collectin-11 (Colec11) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and recognises natural and recombinant mouse Collectin-11, also known by the synonyms Collectin kidney protein 1 and CL-K1, with the target protein annotated to UniProt entry Q3SXB8.

According to the manufacturer, the assay has a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.162ng/mL. Collectin-11 is a secreted lectin that binds to sugars including fucose and mannose, with a higher affinity for fucose than mannose, and it also binds lipopolysaccharides (LPS). Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery data are provided with the kit. The supplied components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample diluent, assay diluents A and B, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and a plate sealer.
