Mouse Collagen Type XV (COL15) ELISA Kit

Mouse Collagen Type XV (COL15) is a basement membrane-associated FACIT collagen involved in vascular and stromal extracellular matrix assembly. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of COL15 across mouse liquid and tissue-derived research specimens, with a recommended sample volume of 50 µL per well. Each kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP reagent, substrate, stop solution, and a standard curve sufficient for 96 reactions. Reconstituted reagents should be stored frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and the unopened kit is shipped on cold packs for immediate refrigeration upon arrival.
