Mouse COL10 (Collagen Type X) CLIA Kit (MOES00192)

Sandwich chemiluminescence immunoassay kit from Assay Genie for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse COL10 (Collagen Type X) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a micro CLIA plate pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse COL10, combined with a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate, with signal captured as Relative Light Units (RLU) on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a detection range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL, with a total assay time of 4.5h and a sample volume of 100μL. Reproducibility has been validated, with both intra-CV and inter-CV reported as less than 15%.

Specificity has been confirmed for Mouse COL10, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference observed between Mouse COL10 and analogues. Validated sample types include serum, plasma and cell culture media, making the kit suitable for research into Collagen Type X as a biomarker in skeletal development, growth plate formation and related musculoskeletal disease pathology.
