Mouse CMA1 (Chymase 1, Mast Cell ) ELISA Kit (MOES01798)

Assay Genie’s colorimetric sandwich ELISA is designed to measure mouse CMA1 (chymase 1) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay time is 4.5h, with a detection range of 78.13-5000 ng/mL, sensitivity of 46.88 ng/mL, and required sample volume per well of 100µL. The manufacturer states that the kit recognizes mouse CMA1 and that no significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse CMA1 and analogues was observed.

The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to mouse CMA1. Standards or samples are combined with that antibody, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and avidin-HRP conjugate; after incubation, free components are washed away. Substrate is then added, and wells containing mouse CMA1, the detection antibody and avidin-HRP appear blue; adding Stop Solution turns the color yellow. Optical density is read at 450 nm ± 2 nm and is proportional to CMA1 concentration, allowing sample concentrations to be calculated against the standard curve.
