Description
A highly sensitive colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Clusterin in mouse samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with signal read at 450nm after TMB substrate addition.
Validated for serum, plasma and other biological fluids, the standard curve covers a range of 2.5–160 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of < 1.5 ng/ml. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C with a shelf life of 6 months.
Target aliases include CLU, APO-J, APOJ, CLI, KUB1, NA1, NA2, SGP2, SP-40 and TRPM2 (Uniprot: Q06890). The kit is intended for research use only.
