Manufactured by Assay Genie under the PharmaGenie range, this kit provides a competitive immunoassay workflow for quantitative detection of mouse clusterin beta (also known as apolipoprotein J, or CLU), a secreted glycoprotein linked to apoptosis regulation, complement cascade inhibition, lipid transport and cellular stress responses. Researchers studying neurodegeneration, renal injury models, prostate and breast cancer progression, or age-related protein aggregation commonly use this assay to quantify CLU expression in murine cell culture supernatants and serum samples.
