Mouse Claudin-3 (Cldn3) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Claudin-3 (CLDN3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit shows reactivity with mouse samples and uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant mouse Claudin-3, and the target is also known by the synonyms Clostridium perfringens enterotoxin receptor 2, CPE-R 2, and Cpetr2.

Performance characteristics stated by the manufacturer include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.083ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.5% and inter-assay CV is 10.0%. Linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma is reported across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
