Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (86-101%, 89-102%, 85-101% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 dilutions, n=5), EDTA plasma (84-98%, 96-101%, 86-95%, n=5) and heparin plasma (84-91%, 83-100%, 90-99%, n=5). Recovery ranges are 93-101% with an average of 97% for serum (n=5), 85-105% with 97% average for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 95-104% with 97% average for heparin plasma (n=5).
