Mouse CKLFSF4/Chemokine Like Factor Superfamily 4 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of CKLFSF4 (Chemokine-Like Factor Superfamily 4) in mouse samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CKLFSF4 is implicated in inflammation, immune response, and cell migration, with research relevance to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

The kit is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months. Colour development uses a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm following a stop reaction, and the protocol includes a primary incubation step at 37°C for 90 minutes.

Manufacturer validation data report linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 for serum (85–101%, 86–103%, 85–103%), EDTA plasma (86–101%, 84–95%, 84–101%), and heparin plasma (89–97%, 88–99%, 81–100%). Recovery averages are 93% for serum (range 85–102%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 86–105%), and 97% for heparin plasma (range 86–104%).
