Mouse CHRM2/Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor M2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit enables detection and quantification of mouse CHRM2 (Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor M2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection.

Linearity in serum (n=5) spans 87–95% at 1:2, 85–100% at 1:4, and 86–98% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) 83–100%, 81–88%, 86–103%; heparin plasma (n=5) 85–101%, 82–95%, 82–98%. Recovery ranges are 88–104% (serum, average 95%), 90–102% (EDTA plasma, average 91%), and 87–105% (heparin plasma, average 93%). Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
