Quantify endogenous Cholinergic Receptor Muscarinic 2 (CHRM2) protein levels in mouse specimens with this colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie. CHRM2 is a G protein-coupled receptor highly expressed in cardiac tissue and cholinergic neurons of the central nervous system, where it mediates inhibitory parasympathetic signaling that slows heart rate and modulates synaptic transmission.
