Mouse CHGA (Chromogranin A) ELISA Kit (MOFI01453)

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Chromogranin A (CHGA), a protein involved in regulating neuroendocrine functions and commonly used as a biomarker in research related to neuroendocrine tumors, cardiovascular disease, and stress response.

Configured as a double-antibody Sandwich immunoassay, the kit reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Validation data are reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices, each tested at n=5 across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with linearity spans of 82-105% across the three sample types and average recovery values between 94% and 97%. Reconstituted and working reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, with selected stock components stored at -20°C for 12 months as indicated on the kit insert.

Accepted matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, each with matrix-specific preparation guidance. The workflow equilibrates reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, incubates standards, samples and blanks on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, binds the biotinylated detection antibody at 37°C for 60 minutes, adds HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) at 37°C for 30 minutes, develops colour with TMB in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and records absorbance at 450 nm immediately after stop solution addition.
