Mouse Chemokine C-X3-C-Motif Ligand 1 (CX3CL1) ELISA Kit

Fractalkine (CX3CL1), the only CX3C-class chemokine and a dual-function molecule acting as both a membrane-bound adhesion protein and a cleaved soluble chemoattractant, can be quantified in mouse specimens with this Assay Genie ELISA kit, supporting studies of the CX3CL1/CX3CR1 signaling axis in neuroinflammation, microglial activation, leukocyte recruitment, atherosclerosis, and chronic inflammatory pain.

The kit is configured for 96 assays and provides a pre-coated microplate, calibrated recombinant mouse CX3CL1 standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, and stop solution. The protocol is compatible with mouse serum specimens, EDTA-plasma samples, tissue homogenates prepared from organs such as brain, lung, kidney, or spleen, cell lysates, and conditioned media from cultured neurons, microglia, or endothelial cells.
