The Mouse CGRP-I PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a competitive immunoassay for quantitative detection of calcitonin gene-related peptide I in mouse-derived research samples. CGRP-I is a 37-amino acid neuropeptide generated by alternative splicing of the Calca gene, broadly studied in migraine pathophysiology, neurogenic vasodilation, and nociceptive signaling.

The kit is specific for the CGRP-I isoform with negligible cross-reactivity toward the related CGRP-II peptide, discriminating the two isoforms in tissue and cell culture samples. The kit accommodates cell culture supernatant preparations and includes pre-coated microplate wells plus all buffers, standards, and conjugate needed to perform the assay.
