Mouse Cerberus (CER) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this quantitative immunoassay enables measurement of murine Cerberus (CER1), a secreted DAN-domain BMP antagonist implicated in anterior-posterior axis patterning, head formation, and left-right asymmetry during embryonic development.

Configured for use with murine liquid specimens including serum-derived and plasma-derived fractions, as well as conditioned media from cell culture models, the kit is supplied as a 96-assay format with pre-coated microplate strips, calibrator standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. Reconstituted reagents are aliquoted and stored refrigerated; working dilutions should be prepared fresh to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. The absorbance-based readout allows standard curve-based interpolation of CER1 concentrations.
