Mouse Cell division control protein 42 homolog (Cdc42) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of Cell division control protein 42 homolog (Cdc42) in mouse samples, using a colorimetric detection method. The kit is supplied for research use only and is intended to support studies of CDC42 in physiological and pathological pathways.

The assay targets natural and recombinant mouse Cdc42, also referred to by the synonym G25K GTP-binding protein (UniProt P60766). CDC42 is a plasma membrane-associated small GTPase that cycles between an active GTP-bound and an inactive GDP-bound state, regulating cellular responses, epithelial cell polarization, the bipolar attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochores before chromosome congression in metaphase, the formation and maintenance of filopodia, and CDC42-dependent cell migration. Dysregulation of CDC42 has been linked to diseases such as cancer, neuronal disorders, and cardiovascular conditions, supporting its use as a biomarker in related research. Compatible specimen types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay covers a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 7.91 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity, and recovery values are provided with the kit.
