Reported performance: detection range 0.312-20ng/mL, sensitivity 0.157ng/mL, intra-assay CV 6.8%, inter-assay CV 8.6%. Linearity (N=5) for serum is 96-109% at 1:2, 97-108% at 1:4, 87-97% at 1:8 and 96-106% at 1:16; EDTA plasma gives 99-109%, 86-96%, 94-105% and 86-97%; heparin plasma yields 92-102%, 94-106%, 106-116% and 88-96%. Reported recovery is 89% (range 83-95%) for serum and 91% (range 85-97%) for plasma.
