Mouse CDKN2A/p16INK4a ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA designed by Assay Genie for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse CDKN2A concentrations in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The assay targets p16INK4a, a cell-cycle regulatory protein encoded by CDKN2A that acts as a tumour suppressor and is linked to cancers including melanoma and pancreatic cancer.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 23.438pg/ml and a working range of 39.063-2500pg/ml. It is intended for research use only and should be stored at 4°C for 6 months.

Spike-and-recovery testing gave average recoveries of 97% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 94% in UFH plasma. Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions in each matrix, with intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. The associated UniProt entry is Q64364.
