Mouse CD90/Thy1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1312)

The Assay Genie Mouse CD90/Thy1 immunoassay kit enables quantitative measurement of the CD90 (Thy-1) cell-surface glycoprotein across multiple mouse specimen types in an in vitro ELISA workflow. CD90/Thy1 is a 25–35 kDa glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein widely used as a marker of mesenchymal stem cells, thymocytes, fibroblasts, and selected neuronal populations, so tracking its levels supports studies in stem-cell biology, T-cell immunology, and fibrotic-tissue research.

Reagents in the kit are configured for use with cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum derived from mouse samples. Each kit is intended for research use only and includes components for the indicated number of determinations on a standard microplate.
