Mouse CD5L ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise quantification of CD5L (also known as CD5 antigen-like protein) in mouse samples, this Assay Genie kit employs a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format with colorimetric detection. The assay is intended for research into immune regulation and inflammation, including studies of autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer, where CD5L acts as a key regulator of immune response and inflammation.

The kit is reactive with mouse and accepts a broad range of sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Sensitivity is reported as 0.938 ng/mL across an assay range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Storage is at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

Performance characteristics include linearity values for serum (87–102% at 1:2, 85–99% at 1:4, 84–100% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (91–104%, 91–100%, 84–93%), and heparin plasma (85–105%, 82–93%, 81–100%). Recovery averages are 99% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. The workflow involves reagent equilibration and plate setup, a 37°C primary incubation of 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
