Mouse CD44 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of CD44 levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich (Double Antibody) ELISA from Assay Genie is reactive with mouse and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CD44 is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a role in cell adhesion, migration, and signal transduction, and is investigated as a biomarker in cancer progression, inflammation, and immune responses.

Reported linearity for serum (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 87–103%, 88–103%, and 85–105%; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 88–100%, 84–98%, and 82–95%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 86–96%, 82–99%, and 83–100%. Average recovery is 97% for serum, 91% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma. The protocol includes equilibrating reagents to room temperature, incubating standards and samples at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding biotin-labeled detection antibody for 60 minutes, adding HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, developing with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Supplied components include a dismountable pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
