Quantifying mouse CD40 Ligand (CD154) in cell culture supernatants and in vivo specimen types, the Assay Genie PharmaGenie ELISA Kit delivers a quantitative readout of soluble CD40L across immunology, transplantation biology, autoimmune disease models, and vaccine research workflows. CD40 Ligand is a TNF-family costimulatory molecule predominantly expressed on activated CD4+ T cells and platelets, where it engages CD40 on B cells, dendritic cells, and macrophages to drive immunoglobulin class switching, germinal center formation, and cytokine secretion. Mouse CD40L serves as a biomarker for T cell activation and cognate B cell help in immunological studies.

Each kit ships in a 96 assays format with a colorimetric readout that runs on standard microplate readers.
