Mouse CD4 ELISA Kit

Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, the assay measures CD4 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 0.234 ng/mL, with an assay range of 0.391–25 ng/mL. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months.

Linearity has been demonstrated across dilution ratios: serum 85–104% at 1:2, 92–97% at 1:4, 89–105% at 1:8; EDTA plasma 92–97%, 90–101%, 83–100%; heparin plasma 83–96%, 83–94%, 84–100%. Recovery averages are 93% in serum (range 86–104%), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 87–100%), and 96% in heparin plasma (range 90–104%).
