Mouse CD3e/CD3 epsilon ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of mouse CD3e (CD3 epsilon) levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Using a colorimetric detection method, the kit targets CD3e, a critical component of the T-cell receptor complex that is essential for T-cell activation and function, making it relevant to immunology research, including studies of immune responses, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases.

The assay has a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Reported linearity values are: serum 87–103%, 93–105%, and 91–98% at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma 83–100%, 82–97%, and 82–90%; heparin plasma 86–94%, 87–95%, and 80–94%. Reported recovery averages are 98% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 100% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
