Mouse CD300LB/CRM-7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse CD300LB, also known as CRM-7, a cell surface receptor protein that contributes to immune responses and inflammation regulation. The double-antibody sandwich assay is reactive in mouse and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Manufacturer-reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity, evaluated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, was 86-104%, 85-101% and 91-99% in serum (n=5); 83-100%, 91-98% and 82-95% in EDTA plasma (n=5); and 82-98%, 82-90% and 83-98% in heparin plasma (n=5). Spike-and-recovery averaged 93% (range 87-104%) in serum, 100% (range 95-103%) in EDTA plasma and 93% (range 86-99%) in heparin plasma. Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, and the assay is targeted at immunology research, including studies of immune cell activation, autoimmune disease and inflammatory conditions in mouse models.
