CD30 (TNFRSF8) is a transmembrane glycoprotein of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, originally identified on the Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin lymphoma and on anaplastic large cell lymphoma. This Assay Genie kit is calibrated for quantifying soluble mouse CD30 in cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum samples, supporting investigations into lymphocyte activation, immune signaling, and tumor biology in murine models.

The kit ships with a microplate pre-coated with capture antibody specific to the mouse CD30 ectodomain, lyophilized standards calibrated against recombinant murine CD30 protein, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and chromogenic substrate for readout on a standard plate reader.
