Mouse CD30 ELISA Kit

CD30, a cell surface protein also known as TNFRSF8, is involved in regulating immune responses and inflammation, with elevated levels linked to conditions such as autoimmune diseases, allergies, and certain types of cancer.

The assay uses a colorimetric double-antibody sandwich format with a sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL and a measurable range of 46.875-3000 pg/mL. It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, and components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma spans 80-104% at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, while average recovery ranges from 90% to 93% across these matrices.
