Mouse CD3 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of CD3 in mouse samples. The assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.234 ng/mL and a working range of 0.391–25 ng/mL, and is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

CD3 is an important T-lymphocyte marker, and monitoring its levels can provide insight into T-cell function and activation in disease states including autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and cancer. The double-antibody sandwich format pairs a biotin-labelled detection antibody with an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with TMB substrate development and absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported linearity for serum (n=5) spans 86–101%, EDTA plasma (n=5) spans 82–100%, and heparin plasma (n=5) spans 82–100% across tested dilutions. Recovery ranges are 85–94% (average 91%) for serum, 87–105% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–103% (average 92%) for heparin plasma.
