The Mouse CD27/TNFRSF7 immunoassay from Assay Genie targets a 45 kDa member of the TNF receptor superfamily that functions as a co-stimulatory molecule on T cells, NK cells, and B-cell subsets. CD27 signaling through its ligand CD70 supports lymphocyte proliferation, survival, and memory formation, making this receptor an informative marker in murine immunology, vaccine research, tumor immunology, and infection models. The kit is supplied as a complete microplate-based reagent set containing pre-coated wells, detection antibody, standards, and substrate sufficient for 96 assays.
