Mouse CD209a ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of CD209a (SIGNR5), a type II transmembrane C-type lectin primarily expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages where it participates in pathogen recognition, immune response modulation, and antigen presentation. The assay is intended for use with mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 5) was 86–104% at 1:2, 88–101% at 1:4, and 93–104% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n = 5), 84–90%, 82–95%, and 84–98%; and in heparin plasma (n = 5), 81–95%, 80–96%, and 85–96%. Spike-recovery averages were 96% for serum (85–104%), 95% for EDTA plasma (85–103%), and 93% for heparin plasma (89–99%). Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months, with selected components also suitable for longer-term storage at –20°C.
