Mouse CD166 antigen (Alcam) ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with mouse and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse CD166 antigen.

CD166/ALCAM is a cell adhesion molecule that mediates both heterotypic cell–cell contacts through interaction with CD6 and homotypic cell–cell contacts. It contributes to cell adhesion, cell migration, immune response, neural development, and cancer metastasis, supporting research into disease progression and the identification of potential therapeutic targets.
