Mouse CCXCR1/XCR1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric, double-antibody Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed to quantify mouse CCXCR1 (XCR1), a chemokine receptor that regulates immune cell migration and activation. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting research into inflammation, infection, and autoimmune disease.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL across an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with ranges of 91-105%, 87-99% and 82-96% for serum; 87-105%, 88-99% and 85-99% for EDTA plasma; and 89-98%, 82-96% and 80-100% for heparin plasma. Recovery has been evaluated as 86-103% (average 96%) for serum, 90-95% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-99% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with primary incubation at 37°C, and absorbance read at 450 nm. The protocol supplied with each batch uses a pre-coated plate with standards, test samples and a zero control.
