Mouse CCR6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse CCR6.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Recovery in serum ranges from 86-99% with an average of 98%, in EDTA plasma from 89-105% with an average of 95%, and in heparin plasma from 85-101% with an average of 93%. Dilutional linearity for serum is 82-101% at a 1:2 dilution, 83-100% at 1:4, and 92-100% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma, 87-100%, 82-99%, and 85-97% respectively; and for heparin plasma, 98-104%, 81-99%, and 93-105%.

CCR6 is a chemokine receptor implicated in immune cell trafficking and inflammation, with dysregulation linked to inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
