Mouse CCR5/CD195 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Ccr5 (CD195) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. CCR5, also known as CD195 or C-C chemokine receptor type 5, is a 7-transmembrane G-linked chemokine receptor that plays a central role in immune responses and inflammatory processes, and acts as a coreceptor (along with CD4) for HIV-1 R5 isolates.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, stop solution and wash buffer. The kit is intended for research use only and components are stored at 4°C for 6 months.
