Mouse CCND2/Cyclin D2 ELISA Kit

The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It offers a sensitivity of 23.438 pg/mL and a working range of 39.063-2500 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for serum (90-104%, 85-104%, 90-98%), EDTA plasma (98-102%, 88-105%, 85-101%), and heparin plasma (83-96%, 81-90%, 83-92%) (n = 5). Recovery ranges are reported as 88-104% (average 94%) for serum, 85-105% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-105% (average 95%) for heparin plasma.

The protocol uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. Kit components should be stored at 2-8°C, with the kit stable for 12 months under these conditions.
