Mouse CCL21 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of CCL21 in mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CCL21, also known as secondary lymphoid tissue chemokine (SLC), is a key chemokine involved in directing immune cell migration to lymphoid tissues, with dysregulation implicated in autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancer.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL using colorimetric detection. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was 82-96%, 84-99%, and 89-104% in serum; 93-105%, 86-102%, and 86-103% in EDTA plasma; and 82-97%, 85-100%, and 82-100% in heparin plasma (n=5 each). Recovery ranged from 85-104% (average 97%) in serum, 90-103% (average 99%) in EDTA plasma, and 90-102% (average 94%) in heparin plasma. Components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay procedure includes reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm following stop solution addition.
