Mouse CCL2 DIY ELISA Kit

The DIY format from Assay Genie provides flexibility by allowing researchers to coat their own capture antibody onto microplate wells, accommodating custom antibody pairs for CCL2 quantification. Reagents supplied include pre-weighed recombinant standards, a detection antibody vial, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution—materials sufficient for up to 10 plates per pack. CCL2, also called monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), is a chemokine widely investigated in monocyte recruitment, vascular inflammation, and immune cell trafficking studies. This kit supports in vitro quantification from cell culture supernatants, tissue lysates, and similar research samples in models of atherosclerosis, obesity, neuroinflammation, and acute-phase response, with a reported assay sensitivity of approximately 2 pg/mL.
