Mouse CCL17/TARC ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a reliable tool for quantitative detection of mouse CCL17/TARC, a chemokine involved in recruiting T cells to sites of inflammation. The assay offers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Verified sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported spiking linearity for serum is 88-101%, 86-104%, and 85-104% at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions; for EDTA plasma 85-99%, 82-98%, and 95-100%; and for heparin plasma 94-100%, 81-98%, and 82-100%. Spike-and-recovery performance is 86-104% in serum (average 95%), 87-100% in EDTA plasma (average 92%), and 85-100% in heparin plasma (average 92%). Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
