Mouse CCL1/TCA-3 ELISA Kit

Developed by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format designed for the precise and reliable detection of mouse CCL1/TCA-3, a chemokine linked to immune responses and inflammation. The target is also referenced by the synonyms CCL1, I-309, P500, SCYA1, SCYA2, TCA-3 and C-C motif chemokine 1, with the associated UniProt entry P10146, KEGG identifier K05514 and Gene ID 20290.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, with reagents stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance measured at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 91–105%, 83–97% and 81–88% for serum (n = 5); 95–105%, 83–100% and 80–91% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 86–105%, 86–96% and 80–98% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Spike-and-recovery ranges were 86–98% for serum, 88–98% for EDTA plasma and 85–103% for heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 93%, 95% and 95% respectively (each n = 5).
