CCL1 (Chemokine C-C-Motif Ligand 1), also called TCA-3 in mouse, is a secreted CC chemokine that signals through the CCR8 receptor to recruit T lymphocytes and monocytes during Th2-polarized immune responses and allergic inflammation. This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of mouse CCL1 in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, with a colorimetric readout read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

The 96-well plate kit includes pre-coated wells, capture and detection antibodies, recombinant mouse CCL1 standard, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution sufficient for 96 determinations.
