Assay Genie's Mouse Caveolin-1 (Cav1) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format colorimetric immunoassay developed for the quantitative detection of caveolin-1 in mouse samples. The assay is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and it recognises both natural and recombinant mouse caveolin-1. Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL.
