Mouse Cathepsin Z (CTSZ) ELISA Kit

Cathepsin Z (CTSZ) is a lysosomal cysteine carboxypeptidase implicated in integrin-mediated adhesion, phagocyte migration, and tumor cell invasion, making quantitative measurement valuable in immunology, oncology, and vascular biology research. This Assay Genie kit uses a capture antibody specific to mouse CTSZ, with no significant cross-reactivity reported against homologous lysosomal cathepsins such as cathepsin B, L, or H. The microplate-based workflow supports measurement of endogenous CTSZ in circulating biofluids, tissue homogenates, and cell culture supernatants collected from mouse models. Unused strip wells should be refrigerated at 4 degrees C in the supplied foil pouch with desiccant, and reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation of the recombinant protein.
