Mouse Cathelin-related antimicrobial peptide (Camp) ELISA Kit

An ELISA-based kit from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative measurement of Cathelin-related antimicrobial peptide (CAMP) levels in mouse samples. The assay shows reactivity against mouse CAMP and is specific for both natural and recombinant mouse Cathelin-related antimicrobial peptide, providing a tool for research into innate immune defence and antimicrobial activity (S1, S2).

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.081ng/mL, and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. CAMP is a secreted member of the cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide family that binds bacterial lipopolysaccharides and contributes to innate immune responses, including defence against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The kit is intended for research use only (S1, S2).
