Mouse Catenin delta-1/Ctnnd1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Catenin delta-1 (CTNND1), also known as p120-catenin, in mouse samples. CTNND1 is a protein involved in cell adhesion and signalling pathways that helps maintain tissue integrity and regulate cell behaviour, and its dysregulation has been linked to diseases including cancer and developmental disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for cell biology research.

The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format with a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), with absorbance read at 450 nm. It is validated for mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions in serum (87–105%, 87–97%, 85–100%), EDTA plasma (93–100%, 83–98%, 85–98%) and heparin plasma (88–98%, 82–94%, 82–96%), with recovery ranges of 88–101% (serum), 92–104% (EDTA plasma) and 87–99% (heparin plasma), and average recoveries of 96%, 98% and 95% respectively. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
