Mouse Catenin delta-1 (Ctnnd1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of Mouse Catenin delta-1 (Ctnnd1) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. It detects natural and recombinant mouse Catenin delta-1 and uses a colorimetric detection method.

CTNND1, also referred to as p120 catenin or Cadherin-associated Src substrate (CAS), is an Arm repeat protein that interacts with cadherins and acts as a downstream modulator of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. It is involved in regulating the surface stability of C-, E-, and N-cadherins and has been implicated in cell transformation, ligand-induced receptor signaling through the EGF, PDGF, CSF-1, and ERBB2 receptors, and transcriptional regulation of Wnt target genes. The protein is localised to the cytoplasm, nucleus, and cell membrane, and is detected at cell-cell contacts. Dysregulation of CTNND1 has been associated with cancer and developmental disorders, making it a useful biomarker for biomedical research in cell adhesion, signalling, and disease pathogenesis.

The kit covers a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a reported sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL and is intended for research use only.
