Mouse Catenin Beta 1 (CTNNb1) ELISA Kit

Beta-catenin (CTNNb1) is a multifunctional scaffolding protein of approximately 85 kDa that operates at the intersection of the canonical Wnt signaling cascade and E-cadherin-mediated cell adhesion. In many solid tumor types, including hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer, stabilizing mutations or nuclear accumulation of CTNNb1 drive aberrant TCF/LEF-mediated transcription, making accurate quantification of the protein indispensable for oncology and developmental biology programs.

This Assay Genie kit is configured for quantitative measurement of mouse CTNNb1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, supporting pathway studies in primary murine cell models, xenograft-derived samples, and stem cell differentiation experiments. Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, standard diluent, and substrate solution sufficient for one plate.
