Mouse Caspase-9 ELISA Kit

The kit uses colorimetric detection in a double-antibody sandwich format, with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL.

Caspase-9 is a key enzyme in the apoptotic pathway, and the kit is positioned for studies of apoptosis and related disease research such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions in mouse models. The assay protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, addition of stop solution, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
