Mouse Caspase 14 ELISA Kit

Caspase-14 is described as a key enzyme involved in the regulation of programmed cell death, playing a critical role in skin development and homeostasis; its dysregulation has been implicated in various skin disorders. Reported linearity for serum (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 91-101%, 85-105% and 85-101% respectively, with comparable ranges reported for EDTA and heparin plasma. Average recovery is 94% for serum (n = 5), 95% for EDTA plasma (n = 5) and 98% for heparin plasma (n = 5).
