Mouse Caspase 14 (CASP14) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit provides quantitative measurement of caspase 14 (CASP14) protein levels in mouse research samples. CASP14 is a non-apoptotic cysteine protease most strongly linked to keratinocyte terminal differentiation, epidermal cornification, and skin barrier formation, giving the kit clear utility for dermatology research. The microplate is configured for 96 assays and is validated for tissue homogenates and cell lysates derived from murine specimens. Applications include atopic dermatitis models, psoriasis studies, filaggrin processing work, stratum corneum development, and broader keratinocyte biology, where CASP14 expression can be tracked in skin biopsies and cultured keratinocytes. Detection uses an absorbance-based readout on a standard plate reader, and the kit is designated for research use only.
